Rice cereal

Ellie seemed interested in food for a couple months but I decided to hold off giving her anything until she was 6 mo. On December 8th we decided to give it a try!
She was very unsure about it at first then we tried to give her a bite, and from there, it was over..

She screamed and cried and acted sooo disgusted and wanted absolutely nothing to do with it.

This picture makes me laugh, mainly because of the big smile on Cayden's face..

I even tried to see if she would eat better with Mike, and well...

We were not used to this, Cayden took it no problem at 5 months but luckily after a lot of tries and a couple months she was finally able to start tolerating it =)

Santa at the library

I love going to my hometown every year for all of the cute Christmas things they do and we couldn't miss seeing Santa at the library!

Grammy was helping Cayden with some fun crafts..

I was just glad Ellie didn't scream and cry =)

Picking out our tree!

I was soo excited to have a real tree in our house for Christmas! It had been a few years and it is one of my favorite smells of Christmas. Tammy and Jason were sweet enough to pick out their tree the same night as us so they could drive it back to our house, Cayden was soo excited to play with Russell..

We went to a tree lot to let the boys have some fun and check out the prices..

We then headed over to Home Depot and found the perfect one!

L.A. Zoo!

On November 30th we went to the L.A. Zoo for the first time! Uncle Bob and Aunt Kim were visiting for the holidays and wanted to go so Grammy and I came to join in on the fun! Cayden was not super into the animals unfortunately but we still had a great time!

He did LOVE the carousel..

Cayden loves Uncle Bob and Uncle Bob was so sweet helping him see all of the animals..

Mr. Elf!

The month of December like usual, came and went way too fast! We had a little Delivery the night before the 1st, Caycden was excited to see what it was!

Cayden decided to stick to the name "Mr. Elf" again this year

I had a lot of fun coming up with ideas of all the mischief Mr. Elf was going to get into, and Cayden had a lot of fun every morning trying to see what he had been up to..

Thanksgiving!

We started celebrating the holiday the Sunday before at my Nana's house...

The morning of Thanksgiving I was keeping Cayden busy with some fun Thanksgiving crafts which he enjoyed..

I wanted to get some pictures before we headed over to Grandma and Grandpas house, this was the best one I could get of these two silly kids..

My sister was sweet enough to drive over to get a family picture of us since I knew that probably wouldn't happen with all of the cousins running around having fun..

I did the Thankful tree this year again with Cayden which he loved...
