6 months!

Our sweet Mia turned 6 months on March 1st. She is seriously the best baby!! She is always so content and is happy to just be hanging out playing on her own. She has found her feet which she loves and is getting so good at sitting all by herself! She loves food and wants to try everything we are eating. She doesn't roll much and does not seem like she will be crawling too soon and still has no teeth but is drooling a TON. She isn't a big cuddler yet and boy sometimes it can be hard to get a smile or belly laugh out of her. We all love her SO much and cant imagine life without her..

Peas anyone?

On February 3rd we decided to give veggies a try since she was doing so well with the oatmeal and was a little unsure at first but ate them!

We decided to give oatmeal a try on January 15th. I am SO happy to say that she ate it!! I have to admit I was a little relieved considering Ellie pretty much refused to eat baby food her first year of life. 

We love the rain!!

We were just having a fun lazy day on January 5th while Cayden was still out of school. I was trying clothes on Ellie I bought on clearance for the coming year hence the tags hanging off when all of a sudden the rain was just pouring! We had to put on the boots and pull out the umbrellas, we don't get down pours all that often and the kids LOVE it! I just loved watching them enjoy being out in the rain together..

Christmas at Grammy's

We did our usual Xmas celebration with my mom on New Years day. Sadly Claire had a fever and cold so they were not able to come which was a huge bummer but the kids of course had a blast being able to get more Christmas presents!

It was a great day spent in Pjs watching the rose parade =)

Nana and Far Far's xmas!

We had a Christmas Dinner on my mom's side and they are always a blast! There are more and more great grandchildren being born which makes it SO much more fun! This year we decided to have all the cousins bring their cozy coupes so they could all drive them around in the front and they loved it! Cayden got to try out his new scooter too...

Grammy and Papa xmas morning

Grammy and Papa came over with their gifts to the kids! They loved showing them everything they got from Santa. We played and had a delicious breakfast!

Ellie got a huge surprise..ballet clothes, shoes and classes paid for at a ballet studio! She had been asking to do ballet for a month or so prior so she was super excited!

Cayden got a bigger bike!

Another disastrous time of trying to pictures of these kids in their cute Christmas outfits for church..but at least I got one!
