Beach day with Auntie!

On July 6th my sister and I took the kids to the beach! Her good friend was in town and wanted to meet us there, the kids of course had a blast!!

4th of July!

Well I sure felt like we didn't have to wait too long for 4th of July to come around since this year went by way too quick. We were ok with that though because we love this holiday! We started the day off with the traditional pancake breakfast at my mom and dads church.

After that we headed over to my parents to hang out and have some fun..I thought it would be a good opportunity to take some pictures of these cuties..

We then headed over to Grandma and Grandpa's for a swim party!

The kids had soo much fun swimming and were in the pool a couple hours..

We took a break from swimming and did the few fireworks we bought.

Ellie had fun watching..

After dinner Cayden was begging to back in the pool so Mike went with him until it started to get dark.

My parents showed up for the fun as well!

At Grandma and Grandpa's house it is a free firework show pretty much any direction you look. So we all had a lot of fun looking at all of them!

Ellie was exhausted from the day and fell asleep with fireworks going off and all =)

Papa didn't mind one bit!

Ellie's first year of life went by WAY too fast!!
We did it for Cayden so we thought we should keep the tradition going..their first doughnut on their first Birthday =)

Ellie loved it..

We had a Cinderellie birthday theme for her and I had SO much fun planning it.

I made all the plates clocks almost at the stroke of midnight..

The favors for the kids were bubble wands and Cinderella coloring pages..

Ellie enjoyed all of the present opening..

Unfortunately all of the "cake" pictures are blurry so I picked a few that were not too bad..

She was just like her brother and not really into it. Not sure if it was the fact that there was a bunch of people staring at her or not =)

It was a great day shared with family and friends!!
